Waverly High School is part of School District 145 and includes the communities of Alvo, Eagle, Prarie Home, Walton, and Waverly. The District covers four counties (Lancaster, Cass, Otoe, and Saunders) and encompasses approximately 360 square miles. The District has two elementary schools (Eagle Elementary in Eagle and Hamlow Elementary in Wavery) which are both K-5, a middle school (Waverly Middle School) covering grades 6-8, and Waverly High School. The District also has a Developmental Preschool.
